How does XSigi verify who is signing?

Back to Help

XSigi verifies every signer using a multi-layer identity process designed for legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Depending on the transaction, XSigi may require:

  • Email and phone verification
  • Government ID document upload
  • Selfie or video verification
  • Liveness detection
  • IP address and device fingerprinting

All verification data is cryptographically linked to the signature record so it cannot be swapped, removed, or forged later.

This creates a legally defensible proof of identity that exceeds what most electronic signature platforms provide.
