I appoint XSigi (and its verification providers) as my lawful representative and agent to obtain a copy of my personal/company credit report (PCR/CCR) from a registered credit bureau.
Permitted purposes
- Providing me with advice or assistance with managing my credit, by having reference to my PCR/CCR.
- Challenging the accuracy of information contained on my PCR/CCR.
- Investigating information held on me by the registered credit bureau.
- Assessing my company's creditworthiness to grant credit facilities.
- Creating a score development for granting credit.
Handling restrictions
- My representative will not store, host, retain, resell, on-sell, or make my PCR/CCR available to third parties, or use it to compile other databases.
- My representative will not amend or add any information on my PCR/CCR, and will not deal with it contrary to applicable laws.
- My representative will not use any information contained on my PCR/CCR for any other reason, except the purposes stated above.
- My representative will destroy my PCR/CCR immediately after it has served the purpose for which it was obtained.
- My representative may be required to provide the credit bureau with the names of persons who had access to my PCR/CCR while it was in their possession.
I am aware that I have the right to challenge the accuracy of any information contained on my PCR/CCR directly with a credit bureau.
I confirm that the information furnished for these checks is true and correct.
